Cowboys Casino bonus programs in Calgary

Bonus points offers through the year

We run recurring Bonus Points Offer periods at our downtown Calgary casino, giving regulars and new visitors extra value during set dates. These promos work only on-site and always require carded play on our gaming floor.

For 2026 we have several promotional windows. Players can join in from July 27-30, August 17-19, plus additional windows in early and mid-September. During each of these periods, enrolled members collect extra points on eligible games. The rate at which points build up, and which games qualify, can change from promo to promo.

To be part of any Cowboys Casino bonus points offer, you need to be in our loyalty program and use your membership card while you play. All points from promotions go into the same account where your regular gaming points sit, so balances stay in one place.

Poker room promotions

Our poker room runs 24 hours and has its own promo calendar for active poker players. The Triple Barrel Poker event set for June 2026 is one of several recurring poker-focused offers we plan through the year.

High Hand Hustle continues across 2026 and rewards qualifying high poker hands on an ongoing basis. This long-running promo sits alongside our regular poker room action: cash games and tournaments at different stakes.

Poker promos usually involve a quick sign-up at the poker room desk. During promotional hours, dealers track qualifying hands and payouts or bonus credits are handled under the posted rules for that event. It is important to check the latest High Hand Hustle terms and any current Triple Barrel Poker details with our poker staff when you arrive.

How on-site promos are claimed

To claim any Cowboys Casino bonus or promotion, you need to be physically at our Calgary property. We currently do not support online registration or remote entry for these offers.

In practice, the claim flow looks like this:

1. Come to the casino floor during the promo dates we publish.
2. If you are not yet a member, visit player services to enroll in the loyalty program.
3. Show your membership card to slot attendants or table dealers before you start playing.
4. Keep your card properly inserted in slot machines or registered with the dealer while you play.
5. Check that bonus points or promotional credits have landed in your account at a kiosk or by asking player services.

For poker-specific offers such as High Hand Hustle, players also need to register with the poker room manager at the start of the poker session. Dealers then verify qualifying hands and record them either manually or electronically, depending on the structure of that particular promo.

Gaming floor and eligible products

Our casino floor includes more than 370 slot machines, over 30 table games, digital gaming terminals and a dedicated poker room. Bonus points offers usually touch most of these products, although some promos are limited to certain game groups.

Slots are the biggest part of our floor and are almost always included in Bonus Points Offer periods. Players earn points based on coin-in or total wagers, with special windows adding multipliers or faster accrual rates.

Table games cover blackjack, roulette, craps, baccarat and other formats across 32 tables. To get points on table play you need to present your loyalty card to the dealer when you buy in. Points are then estimated from your average bet and how long you play, with promotional bonuses layered on during qualifying periods.

We also operate a private high-limit lounge for guests who prefer higher stakes. Bonus points offers extend into this area, and high-limit players may at times receive invitations to extra events that do not appear on the public promo list.

Promotions calendar and event schedule

Our Promotions and Events section on the official site lists upcoming bonus periods, poker events and other special activities. We update this calendar on a regular basis to reflect new offers and any shifts in planned dates.

Players can look over the current-year schedule and time their visits around higher-value bonus windows. Bonus Points Offer periods appear across the calendar so that guests who come often, or only a few times a year, both have several chances to join.

On the calendar you will find event names, start and end dates and basic eligibility notes. Full terms and conditions are provided on-site at player services desks and may list point caps, game exclusions or loyalty tier requirements.

Checking the promotions page before you head in helps you match your trip to whatever is running. For time-limited events like Triple Barrel Poker or a June Senior Social, having that information upfront reduces the risk of missing sign-up cut-offs or events with limited space.

Loyalty program structure and point use

Our loyalty program is points-based, similar to other land-based casinos in Alberta. Points build as you wager, with larger bets and longer sessions generally producing higher totals.

Those points can be redeemed in different ways. Complimentary play credits help extend gaming sessions without extra cash. Dining credits apply at our food and beverage outlets on property. Depending on your balance and what is currently offered, merchandise or experience-style rewards may also be available.

Promotional bonus points earned from Cowboys Casino bonus events feed into the same balance as your everyday points. We do not run a separate promotional currency, which keeps tracking and redeeming more straightforward. It is worth keeping in mind that some bonus points may follow different expiry rules or redemption limits compared with standard points, so we recommend checking the terms for each promo.

As you move up through the loyalty tiers, extra benefits may unlock, such as better access to events, invites to selected promos and higher point earning rates.

Operating hours and promo access

We open daily from 9:30 AM to 5:00 AM, giving players a long window for gaming, dining and entertainment. Our promotions and bonus points offers run within those hours, though some will have narrower time frames.

Some poker offers such as High Hand Hustle may operate around the clock in the poker room, while others, for example a Senior Social, are tied to specific dates and times. Promo hours can always be confirmed through our promotions calendar or by contacting us directly.

Because of our extended schedule, late-night and early-morning guests can still take part in most bonus point offers, assuming the promo is active and you are playing with your carded account.

Eligibility and participation rules

Participation in any Cowboys Casino bonus promotion is subject to Alberta gaming regulations and our internal policies. Players must meet the legal gambling age in Alberta and be ready to provide valid government-issued ID if asked.

Enrollment in the loyalty program is required for all bonus points offers. Membership is free and set up at the player services desk with proper identification. Once you join, you receive a card that should be used every time you play to ensure points track correctly.

Some promotions layer on extra conditions. Senior-focused promos need age verification beyond the standard minimum. High-limit lounge offers may apply minimum buy-in levels or invitation-only access. Poker events typically require registration in the poker room and can include entry fees or minimum participation levels.

Location and access in Calgary

Our casino is in the Victoria Park area of downtown Calgary within the Stampede Park grounds. The central setting makes it practical for city residents and visitors staying nearby.

We have on-site parking, and public transit serves the area around the property. Being part of the downtown entertainment district puts us close to hotels, restaurants and other local attractions, which makes our venue a natural stop for a night out or a weekend visit.

Players coming from outside Calgary can check our online events calendar in advance and line up their trip with the main promotional periods that interest them most.
